LIME – Live Metal Exchange charges an annual subscription fees for per user per year access of our online platform. There is no trial system for the users to 1st register for trial and then sign up for our online service. The user has to make an online payment in advance in order to use the online application. In case the user is not satisfied with our online application and wishes to cancel the contract and ask for refund, the registered user will have to email support@design-accent.com “CANCEL ACCOUNT AND REQUEST FOR REFUND” within 15 days of the payment date. With a basic 10% cancellation charge the balance entire amount will be refunded to the desired account of the registered user. CANCELLATION and REFUND request sent after 15 days of payment date will not valid and cannot avail for refund.
